Javier Lourenço is an award winning animation and mixed media director focused on provocative comedy storytelling and outstanding art direction.

His distinctive style is based on the creation of incredible characters within their unique worlds.

He started his career as an art director and ECD in high-profile international agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Euro RSCG, DDB, and Agulla & Baccetti. As a director, his prolific works have been exhibited and awarded in international festivals such as Pictoplasma, Art Futura, Clermont-Ferrand and Sundance.

As an advertising creative and director he won over 200 international awards such as Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, New York Festivals, Cíclope Festival and Webby Awards, amongst others working for significant brands such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Ikea, Procter & Gamble, Warner Games, Energizer, MTV, Pepsico among many others.
